The Weather

Keep an eye out for the clouds

One of the most important thing you can do in the days/hours leading up to the event is check the weather forecast on our website. We remain OPEN during minor rainstorms. However, if lightning or excessive rain does occur – we may choose to close temporarily. If the weather turns and postponements are necessary – we will update our website accordingly. We will also send you updates via email & text message.

Postponements are possible

While we will never cancel an event because of weather or environmental conditions, conditions may necessitate a postponement to a later date. If this happens your tickets will automatically transfer to a new make-up date. You will be notified of this new date via email within 24-hours of postponement.

Similar to a sporting event or concert, Pumpkin Nights has a no-refunds policy. If you purchased tickets and do not attend you will not be eligible to receive a refund. If you can no longer attend the original night for which you purchased tickets and you wish to attend another night, for a $5 fee/ticket you may email our customer service team at Info@pumpkinnights.com – All ticket transfers must be submitted 48-hours BEFORE your scheduled timeslot.

The Farm

Come prepared to have a good time

Pioneer Farms is a stunning venue that enhances all the fun Halloween vibes that the Pumpkins bring. However, hosting an event at a farm does force you to plan around a few things.

  • Because it’s a Farm, things can get muddy. If it has rained in the days/hours leading up to your event, don’t wear your white vans. Bust out those boots of yours.
  • We’ve seen a mosquito or two here before. We recommend bringing some sort of bug spray to keep those pests away.
  • The Pumpkin Nights course is made up of grass, loose dirt, gravel, sand, and inclines that can be challenging for some. Light strollers can make it through, but wheelchairs have proven difficult to maneuver through the course. Please plan accordingly.

Pro-tips

Make the most out of your experience

Here’s a few pointers to make sure you have the best possible experience at Pumpkin Nights

  • If you have an early timeslot, plan on staying until the sun goes down. The pumpkins shine brighter at night and you won’t want to miss it!
  • The walking path is approximately a half-mile long. You may wander through the course as many times as you like once you’ve entered.
  • Check out our website calendar. You can see what food, vendors, and entertainment will be at The Pumpkin Village the night of your event.
  • We LOVE seeing your photos. Use the hashtag #pumpkinnights and tag us in your stories @PumpkinNights
In the meantime, follow us on IG and stay up-to-date with the latest Pumpkin Nights content. We’ve got memes, contests, and everything else a true Halloween fanatic could ever want.
