There is a $5 fee (per ticket) to change entry dates and times. These changes must be requested 48 hours before your originally scheduled timeslot.

Pumpkin Nights does NOT guarantee the purchase of third-party tickets - Because of sell out nights, there has been an increase in fraudulent tickets being sold. We advise only purchasing from the Pumpkin Nights website.
Groups 10+ people, non-profits, and youth group rates are available at a 10% discount. To access the discounted pricing, you must add 10 or more tickets to your cart at checkout. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.

Our amazing venue at Pioneer Farms can handle some adverse weather, however, it is also a large outdoor area where excessive rain, wind, or thunder may affect guest safety and require postponement. In such cases, our customer service team will assist you in finding another day/time that works for you.
The Pumpkin Lands close at 10:30 PM on Weekdays and 11:00 PM on Weekends. Our village area closes at 11:00 PM on Weekdays & 11:30 PM on Weekends. We ask those who purchase the latest timeslot tickets to arrive and start their journey before 9:00 PM on weekdays & 9:30 PM on weekends. Pumpkin Nights is closed on Tuesdays.
*Be sure to show up at the timeslot you purchase. If you arrive before your purchased timeslot, you may be asked to wait in line until your ticket window opens.
