Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Limited tickets will be sold on-site at a higher price. Entry not guaranteed as most time slots sell out.

Absolutely! There are real pumpkins throughout the festival--some carved, some painted, and some displayed in their natural beauty. Keep an eye out for one of our artists carving a giant pumpkin on site.

Our larger installations are made using over 3,000 hand-carved artificial pumpkins. Since these pumpkins won’t rot, our artists can design and build taller, even more impressive structures, which you can enjoy throughout the entire month.

The path is approximately a half-mile long. You’re welcome to wander through the course as many times as you like!

Yes. At each of our five locations, the courses have been designed to be wheelchair and stroller accessible.

As you walk through the front gates, you’ll enter Pumpkin Central, our main festival area. Here, you’ll find food and beverages, photo-ops, The Spirit of Pumpkins fire show, and more. Each city has a unique line up of vendors and entertainers. Be sure to check the event calendar on your city specific page.

Yes. Alcohol will be served in all Pumpkin Nights locations, along with seasonal, non-alcoholic drinks.

Yes! When we created Pumpkin Nights, we set out to build an experience for everyone. Our course includes a few spooky elements, such as fog machines, giant pumpkin spiders, and skeletons, but you won’t find any jump scares or gore.

Pets are not allowed unless it’s a service animal.

When you purchase your tickets, you’ll be asked to select a date and time slot for your visit. You may enter the festival within the thirty minutes window you selected. Once you’re inside, you can stay as long as you’d like.

If you arrive before sundown, we recommend checking out the festivities in Pumpkin Central before you enjoy walking through the lands. We’ll have food, drinks, live performances, and pumpkin carvers in action. The displays along our walking path are extra magical once the sun sets, but you're welcome to walk through as soon as you arrive.

Come rain or shine, we’ll be open! If we are ever forced to close the festival temporarily due to an extreme weather concern, ticket holders will receive instructions via email to help transfer their reservation to another date and time, free of charge.

Absolutely! We want to see what you’ve got! Costumes are encouraged. You can wear masks, but we ask that you keep props and weapons at home.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you want to change you ticket entry date and/or time, contact ShowClix Customer Care at 1-888-718-4253 opt. 1, Mon-Fri 9am-9pm EST and Sat-Sun 12pm-5pm EST. Keep in mind ticket prices vary by day and time, so your ticket cost may change depending on your request.
There will be a $5 charge for each transfer in addition to the difference in ticket costs.
